Dinner en Blanc was everything we hoped it would be and more. The guests around the table were an absolute joy, and the all-white attire was executed flawlessly. For a few hours, it felt as though we had been transported to Provence rather than Pinehurst.

As the evening sun filtered through the trees and cast a golden glow across the all-white tablescape, guests gathered for the traditional napkin wave that marks the beginning of Dinner en Blanc. In that moment, surrounded by laughter, a sea of white, and the beauty of the setting, the evening truly came to life.

Chef Meg and her talented team crafted the perfect summer menu, highlighting beautiful local produce and seasonal flavors. Each course was thoughtfully paired by with from the Village Wine Shop, elevating the experience from start to finish.

For the table design, I stepped outside my usual style and embraced an all-white palette with a more modern, minimalist approach. The result was timeless, elegant, and the perfect reflection of the Dinner en Blanc tradition.

What made the evening truly special was the company. It was wonderful to welcome newcomers to the table while seeing friendships form alongside our cherished Chef’s Table regulars.

The evening felt elegant yet effortless, the kind of gathering where conversation flows, glasses are raised, and strangers leave as friends.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Sharing exceptional food, wine, conversation, and community is what these evenings are all about, and we are so grateful you chose to spend yours with us.
