Hi everyone! I’m coming out with a magazine called which highlights black life around pittsburgh in a positive light. I love to have more youth models, writers, artists, bloggers, creators. All writers split 25% of all compensation as well as gaining experience and exposure. If you’re interested here are some of our suggested segments you can write under:

- “A talk with ______” (interview someone you think should be highlighted)
- (for all poetry writers)
- ( an anonymous, funny story-time submission on how someone had you messed up (lol!) )
- (explain a positive moment you’ve experienced)
- (doing good in school? let me know!)
- The auntie’s arm (cooking and recipie ideas for all my chefs/people who love to cook)
- Black Owned Resturant review (Black Owned PGH/ The Black Block will pay for your meal and in return, you right a review!)
- ( self care routine? savings method? share the teaaaa ☕️)
- (for all my aspiring models
- (have a new business, highlight it!)
- and of course if you would like to submit artwork, an interview about who you are will be included as well.

(some segments are reserved for black writers and their expedited. however, we have allies who are writing stories on the black community as well! if you’re interested, let me know!)

Of course, if these do not fit anything specific you would like to write about, let me know! There’s always space and room. I’m working really hard to support and provide a space black people in Pittsburgh from the writings/writers, to the production team, to the logo, to the companies i’m working with.

I can’t explain the frustration I have had with only seeing negative depictions of black people in the news or media, let’s change it. 🖤
