Feeling motivated and ready to finish up my 4 month Isabody Challenge. The last 3 weeks- time to tighten up the diet and get lean. The last 3 months have been building, building, building, eating, eating, eating and lifting, lifting, lifting. Can't wait to show final results!!

Need a HIIT training idea to finish up your next workout? Try this:

You will need: 2 Heavy DBs, a Heavy Plate & Determination

Pick up Heavy DBs- then do a narrow squat, sit down DBs, walk out into a plank, do a push-up, walk back, pick up DBs and stand up. Repeat 10x's
Pick up Heavy Plate- complete 10 squats

Repeat with 8, then 6, 4, 2. If you are really feeling strong, go back up the ladder!

Make sure your form is spot on. Use your legs when lifting up DBs- keep your chest up and butt down- push through your heels and let your legs do the work.
