In a picturesque landscape, quiet and away from the crazy every day world in Lanesboro.
I will be guiding you through stretches and massaging your partner to bring ease of movement.

Bring any partner with you! Couples, friends, coworkers, parent/child
Bring a Yoga mat for each of you, a blanket, wear socks and wear clothes easy to move in.

No prior knowledge is necessary, I will instruct every step of the way and come around to assist.
