Students will learn Hands-On practical techniques and ideas to reduce fatigue and discomfort. Students will also learn risk factors for musculoskeletal injuries, ergonomic principles, how to recognize symptoms early, alternatives to stressful techniques, wrist positions, grip strength and how to put together a self care action plan. Student will participate in groups of three, where each student is receiving, giving and observing/coaching.

Workshop is lecture, PowerPoint and Hands-On practice to accommodate each student's learning style. Classes are NCBTMB certified.
