Breaking my fast with a “Summer Kiss“ melon.
You know… I have never been introduced to different melons until i moved to Texas and started exploring my options and taste buds. Best thang ever!!
My advice to you is to try new things, different fruits, different vegetables, different herbs, and to always be open to learn. I’m extremely free spirited, so it comes easy to me. My body loves the plant base lifestyle that’s when i feel my absolute best. There are times where i would backslide and that’s okay. As long as i get back to what feels better. I have friends who would never do this or eat like this. But if you want heal naturally, i mean why the f*** not? Lol

Any who… summer kiss melons contain a lot of vitamin c, reduces inflammation, and it keeps your immune system a1 like ya day 1’s.

Figured it was time to prune some of the things i was growing. Here on my lap is Thyme and Lemon balm.

I use Fresh Thyme with almost every dish i create. And this Lemon balm i have yet to use as tea. But my babies take a bath with it (it helps soothes eczema).
