Steer Schmear is a female, disabled veteran-owned company operating out of Plant City, Florida. Steer Schmear beef tallow is made from locally-raised, grass-fed cattle and other organic materials. The owner, Lisa Beum, is currently a Stay-At-Home-Mom navigating life with a toddler and discovering that she really enjoys learning about homesteading. Army for 12.5 years, deploying twice to Afghanistan, and then worked in corporate America for approximately two years.

We are over here rendering some beef tallow 🐄 MOOOOOO
Rendering separates the fat from all the impurities; we can later use the tallow for cooking, soaps, or, in our case, skin and lip balms. 💋💋
