Building a tan? Maintaining your glow? Your tanning schedule matters!

✨ BUILDING YOUR TAN
If you’re just starting—or getting back into tanning—start with shorter sessions and gradually increase your time as your skin adjusts.

Aim to tan every 48 hours, giving your skin time to recover between sessions. Consistency is key! Start low and work your way up rather than trying to get your deepest color in just a few sessions.

✨ MAINTAINING YOUR TAN
Once you’ve reached the color you love, you don’t need to tan as frequently! For most tanners, 2–3 sessions per week is enough to maintain their glow.

REMEMBER: More time ≠ a better tan! Stick to the recommended exposure time for your skin type and tanning bed, and never tan more frequently than allowed.
