Our Story
Hello - welcome to Sun Health! My last name is Sunwall, and over the years, after many possibilities, the sun finally became my main logo. I have devoted my life to natural heath and will guide others on their health journeys.
I have been making raw food for 8 years, and cooking with organic, whole foods for 10. Cooking has become a passion, and I am self-taught for the most part, with a natural aesthetic ability. I was a raw/vegan/gluten free chef for just over 3 years in a local health food store/cafe in Syracuse, and am now the produce manager at the co-op in Plattsburgh.
In recent years I've dealt with various health issues - food allergies, grief, depression, anxiety, candida overgrowth, etc. - but I decided to take control and started a candida detox, yoga, quit all sugar (even fruit), and am still going strong! Through proper diet and supplements, along with yoga and meditation, I have gained health, confidence, creativity, and energy levels beyond what they've ever been.
I am very determined, honest, and open. I've taken the long path in life, lived in Montana, Oregon, and New York, and learned more than I've ever dreamed along the way...the journey continues!
