I am not trying to be funny.....but it kind of is.
From my perspective, when I see this marketing, I truly wonder... because it is the only possibility.
There is a lot we do know and a lot we don't know about Diastasis.
From my 12 years of experience, you aren't returning the muscles or tissues back to their original state after being pregnant. That is not happening, and you aren't Jesus.
What probably did happen, is they were able to lessen or close their gap and to say that it can be done the exact way for another person....Also a NO!
Would love to know your thoughts! If you want EARLY access to my “Abs” course or want to learn more.. Message me for presale pricing!

I would love to share the stories that I have heard over the past 12 years with the marketing executives of these companies.
Not one woman, or man has ever told me how GRATEFUL they were for incontinence products in their life. In fact, it was quite opposite. They hate the stigma, they hate the inconvenience, they hate so much about it.
Maybe I am taking this too personally, but I have over 12 years of stories, over 12 years of tears about all the heartache and emotions associated with leakage.
What do you think?

There is such a thing as a “filler” exercise or poor reasoning for choosing an exercise.
I have a lot of patients who come to see me that have worked with other Physical Therapists or trainers or have done other people’s programs, and when they show me what exercises they are doing, I often wonder… based on this person’s goals or issues… why in the world did they suggest this exercise?
My logic has always been this…there should be at least 2 solid benefits why you are doing any given exercise, and whomever is creating a program for you should be able to answer why they wrote it.

I like to teach my kids about work…and I wasn’t about to stop them when they wanted to help me sort my l**e samples.
This isn’t about that….I really want you to know to be mindful of what you are using on your va**na. It’s a fragile environment, and what I mean by that is that the pH is 4.0-4.5.. And guess what… some lubricants have a pH of 6 or higher!
And coconut oil…..it has a pH of 7-8. Some of people’s favorite lubricants have the first ingredient of the lubricant as coconut oil.
I tell you this so that you have the information and you get to make an informed choice for you and your body!
Want suggestions of lubricants that are similar to our va**nal pH? Message me!

Obviously there is no right or wrong answer, or maybe your answer isn’t up there?
My answer is A, B, C, and D….to look good naked
No matter your answer, here is a universal truth from my head.
Honor your reasons and make sure whatever form of workout you are doing is helping you achieve your goals.
I don’t mean to make this that one form is better than the other, but a lot of times I hear women say that they aren’t reaching their goals and when we dig into it, it turns out the type of exercise they are doing won’t help them reach their goals anytime soon, but they love it!
If you need a little suggestion or guidance or direction….. Let me know. I have a big network and would love to help point you in the right direction.
