🌞Good morning! I have been having a couple technical setbacks with my website and will be needing to work on that today. So if you haven’t received a response from me that’s why. The website may be down periodically in the next 24hrs.

💕 Please note, I’m only one human. And I’m just now getting back on my feet. And feeling better to get back into tattooing hopefully more at a full-time pace again. Which I really haven’t been able to manage since 2020. My capacity is much different. And I’m not a traditional artist. I work at my own pace. Which for some is not “fast” enough. As far as responses and scheduling. Once I have my website completely updated. You should be able to go directly to it and know exactly how to book. 💕

I will be taking appointments at .flag.tattoo_ until the end of May during a trial period in this shop.

I’ve decided that during that time it will be easiest for me to not setup any guest spots. As I need a little break to have a regular routine for a while.

My rates are always lower in the metro. You do not have to live here to book here.

My goal is to finish up all existing large scale and freehand sessions.

Please note the ONLY way I accept bookings is through my online through my website. I do not have any guest spots currently lined up. I do NOT take deposits through social media, email or other payment forms like Venmo, Cash App ect. And this is to protect ya’ll. Phishing scams , bots , ect. Are just making it much harder to deal with booking these days.

Currently I am working within the shop hours. Tuesday I will be available for walk- ins when I don’t have appointments. ( with the exception of this Tuesday. Because I’m having a toenail removed ) . Otherwise I do prefer Thursday- Saturday be booked by appointment. And will post on my IG if I do have same day availability.

I will be participating in Friday The 13th and am running a special with my permanent collection of designs . And will be taking walk ins that day and running the same special as the shop. Any flash by the other artists I will tattoo as well.

I also am having my own 2 flash weekends of course in April + May that you can pre-book. Which is the only time my minimum is lower than $150.

My online booking has a new feature and I can now accept deposits and payments in full at the same time!

As always all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-disputable. I do prefer to work with clients that are ready to get tattooed and committed to working with me.

🖤 While I’m on antibiotics and shouldn’t be contagious. I’m going to just cool my jets and try not to prolong this by resting and taking a short social media break. I delete all socials completely when doing this. I will be back online 8/2.

✨ Depending on how busy things get we won’t be offering too large of designs.To ensure the wait times don’t get out of hand. Last year was WILD. In the best way 😘

🌿As always we both mix my our paste from scratch and use safe natural henna. Henna is available for ages 5+ . If you are allergic to flava beans or have GPD6 deficiency, henna is not recommended.

✨ Henna is walk-in style so first come first serve. Last year there was a bit of a wait. So hopefully we will be able to serve as many of you as we can 💕

🖤 I will personally only be offering hands and arms. Lisa and I both had a very similar shoulder surgery a bit over a year ago. So please keep in mind. And it is the easiest placement to not get smudged. As last year, it did get a little crowded at times.

🌿 Hi friends, books open today 10AM-1PM. 🖤 * I will not be available to help with questions today. Due to a doctors appointment + tattoo session. Everything is pretty easy ! Please review the website if you need further explanation. 🙃 I made sure to add touchups and henna appointments this time !
✨ I will be changing my booking process late summer early fall for certain types of appointments. To accommodate more clients and those that would like my work. But live farther away. 🙂
✨ I will be creating some forms to help with catching up on reschedules / finishing sessions and other inquiries. I am severely behind on all messages. However I do need to continue to book new appointments as a full-time artist.

✨Reminder if you’re booking with a friend please try to book back to back slots. Each person MUST book their own appointment. And if you currently have an appointment. 👉🏾Rescheduling is NOT allowed while the calendar is open. ( please don’t be that person that ruins that for everyone else. ) If you do this unfortunately I will have to start charging more, extra fees or just cancel your appointment all together. Having set appointments makes it easier for clients to travel to me. And also allows me to predict how many new appointments I can available.

🌿 Northside Market is July 9th from 10AM-6PM. Walk-in style Mehndi will be available ! I’m so excited to share space with my friend who will be joining us from the twin cities. ✨ Pricing will range between $10-$45 . This is market/ festival henna so it a faster paced day. As we try to serve as many of you as we can ! 🥰 If it looks like there will be any sign of rain. Please bring an umbrella !

✨ Lisa and I actually both had the same / similar shoulder surgery within the last couple of years and had the same surgeon. So we will use our discretion as far as placements offered. ✨ I personally will only be offering forearms and tops of the hands so I can use my bigger armrest for more stability.

✨ Hello to the new followers here. It’s been a minute… so here’s a little intro post. Not that I need one, since I’m a millennial 😝

🌿 Some things to know I’ve been a full-time artist since 2016.Professionally selling art for 15+ years. My work has been in galleries across the state. I’ve sold out an entire show and painted a skywalk by 22. My transition into body art has always been linked to my South Asian roots. My clients range from the US to International.

🌿 I’m a self taught henna artist since 2005? and self taught at tattooing on skin since 2019. I did have a tattoo apprenticeship from 2018-2019.I invested a ton back into both body art mediums. I would have never transitioned into tattooing so easily had it not been for my discipline + dedication to Mehndi.

🌿 I’m an untraditional artist in every sense. I don’t follow the f-ing rules. Or unspoken industry norms. I run my business in a way that works best for me. Which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. And that’s okay. After years of hustling and grinding away. I’m finally able to live a slower life as an artist. And I’m incredibly grateful for that. And that’s because of everyone that supports my work.These last two years I’ve had to prioritize my health. And am still continually growing + leaning into what that looks like for me. Saying no to people, places and things that drain my energy or don’t value me wholeheartedly is essential. I deserve respect + kindness in my spaces online and in person. I don’t tolerate harassment or judgement from people that have never walked in my shoes. Nobody is perfect and nobody has a moral high ground. We are all figuring it out btw.

-Finding financial freedom so I can get back to traveling and exploring new cities + cool art.

✨ Freehand Florals for Nicole 🥰Start to finish 9 hrs . Back to back days ( Setup, drawing, tear down and breaks included )

💕 I’m so so grateful to every client that has allowed me to create in this way so freely. It’s pretty much the most open minded experience you can have. And that goes both ways. Freehand florals aren’t discussed prior. You give me a few ideas and we go from there. I do ask for full creative freedom during these sessions. But we talk through the design continuously as I’m working. It is very step by step. I’m so thankful for this sessions. While I was incredibly mentally and physically done after it all. Ya’ll are always worth the time and energy it takes to create in this way. And it really feels unreal sometimes that this is how my art gets to travel through this lifetime. And with you all. Also I never expect clients to come back to be honest. The amount of regular clients I have always blows my mind. But if you only ever have one session with me that’s is totally okay too! And maybe you only want one tattoo ever. That’s is totally fine. But if you love my art and my style, I’ll always love seeing you back in the studio or with me wherever I may be traveling. 🤞🏾 hoping after June I can know more about when I could possibly do some guest spots. So it could take me upwards to 3-4 weeks to get this done. Maybe longer… I’m doing my best to get caught up but also not burnout. Because I have over 300+ clients it can take its toll to manage .Which is why I try to streamline with online booking ( I’ve been using for over 6+ years) and forms.

You must enter the code next to the design . This allows you to claim the design in my booking system . It’s super easy. You just enter it at the bottom of the booking form when filling it out . And hit apply . The arrow will check green and you can proceed to checkout.

These are NOT Fineline designs. They are thicker bolder line styles. And all require shading and/ or blackouts. I will have 2 versions available to choose from at the time of your appointment. There are two examples of my style at the very end to scroll to.

This is how I will be presenting my flash from now on. It’s way less time consuming than digitally rendering all my work. With the exceptions of mandalas. They are perfectly imperfect drawn by hand. And this will allow me to have more designs available for you all.

✨ One Of A Kind Flash| I will be posting these designs tomorrow . These are first come first serve. And I only have 6 designs available. * You MUST enter the code next to the design . So I know which design has been taken. And so someone else can’t book it. Otherwise I can’t guarantee it won’t be claimed. This is super easy. If you miss this step it creates unnecessary extra labor for me.
