🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 ALERT ALERT 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

No shows and same day cancellations hurt all of us who are self employed. When you book and no show or cancel that day because of a non emergent situation….you give us the impression that our time is not valuable or respected.

We understand people getting sick or that emergencies happen occasionally and having to short notice cancel appointments. Sometimes we even understand work related scheduling issues. But those are exceptions.

Filling a last minute slot for no shows and cancellations really impacts our artist. Not a single person working at the salon has a guaranteed paycheck because we are ALL self employed. It requires us having someone in our chair daily to create that. Artist especially feel the financial impact if they have out of pocket cost they addressed before you arrive for your appointment because we can NOT return products from our suppliers. And we have also now wasted large precious blocks of time dedicated to servicing you.

We have a cancellation policy and have not enforced it like we should be. But we get laxed sometimes and I guess we have to 🛑 that and hold people accountable.

The 1st time is on us! We understand. Stuff happens! And there are always exceptions! Non refundable deposits may be required going forward.

The 2nd time, if a guest no shows or cancels an appointment the day of, they will not be refunded their %50 deposit of all services paid up front at the time of booking, haircuts(they are always %100 paid up front). Deposits are always non refundable.

The 3rd will result in %100 responsibility of any appointment booked paid up front at the time of booking and non refundable. In addition, they will be blocked from booking online and deposits will be required. They will need to contact an artist directly to book and secure their appointment with a deposit.

I have one more slot for a haircut open between 3 and 4 today! $5 off whoever can help me fill my book!!
