Time for a BIG life update!

The month of August has been pretty difficult for me to say the least. All summer, I've been struggling personally, and for someone who's usually good at finding her way through something, I found myself hitting road block after road block. I had a talk with Zach and after deep thought I decided to leave my previous salon. I learned so much about myself and had an amazing group of ladies who were the absolute best support system, so leaving them was hard. To them, I am forever grateful for keeping me going when I mentally wanted to throw the towel in when life got complicated because a lot outside of work happened while working there, and they were just the best group to talk to!

After that decision was made, I decided to reach out to the owner of the salon where I get my hair done at and also where I interned at while in Cos school! I absolutely was going to keep doing hair, but I needed to find a place where I could be in control of my circumstances and not affect anyone if duty called and my kids needed me, and it was in that moment my lucky stars aligned.

Saturdays, beginning September 19th, you will find me at the amazing Emerald Beauty Salon and Spa in the rollercoaster capitol of the world, Sandusky, OH!

I have officially made my hair home at Emerald! I have set up my own booking site which is linked in my profile or you can text me and I can set it up. Cuts, colors, and waxing are available and within the next month I will be adding hair treatments as well, with more services later on at the beginning of the new year.

I am truly looking forward to this new journey and the new faces I will get to meet in the community I used to live and work in long ago.
