Family day and Graduation for my Marine. We are so happy for Chase and just to add to his accomplishments of things that makes us super proud of him. I missed seeing my baby’s face for a few weeks…distance and time…I have to give a shout-out to my Mama for being there even in pain she did a lot of walking to be with us love her for that

This has been a busy week for me mobile massages, in office massages, late nights, family etc but I wouldn’t trade my life or the people in it for anything. This is the season for new opportunities. I didn’t even post that I performed with a band last month and lead a few songs😃 it’s time to embrace your inner gifts and believe in them fully…10 small no’s can be 1 huge yes… keep pushing

Massage is beneficial for people of all ages. Children experience muscle pain and stress as we do as adults and the way our children are on their phones and devices a lot of them develop tech neck which is pain in their necks basically from having their heads down and they don’t even realize it because they live with it it’s like a normal thing to them I had three kids that I worked on today all three of those kids had knots at the base of their neck (occiput) and they didn’t even realize that the pain was there. I can offer, relaxation and therapeutic services to your child without causing them any pain. I recommend 30 minute massage sessions for children 12 and under, however you may use your discretion Please book with us for all your massage needs
