I had the honor of speaking with an adult day program in Westbrook, where I shared my story and encouraged participants to strive beyond the limits the world may try to place on them.

Later in the month, I visited UMaine Augusta to connect with students sharing my journey, offering practical hair care tips, and encouraging them to build a healthy, confident relationship with their hair.
