We continue to learn more about the brain and CNS all of the time. We do know that there are many tools at our disposal to impact and shape how we feel, react, digest, and what patterns we create, and what anxieties, trauma loops, etc, we are able to heal and let go of.

Some easy ways to nourish your nervous system today: take a few breaks in your day for 3 minutes of slow, relaxed, conscious breathing. This is a reset button like nothing else.

Feed your nervous cells with water, electrolytes, and b,c,d and e vitamins for support.
