I am a former smoker quits 4 years ago, and was then diagnosed with COPD, I wanted to get healthier so that I could be around to enjoy my grandchildren, I joined a couple of challenge groups and fitness clubs and have become healthier than I was. I decided to become a coach so that I could help other people achieve their health and fitness goals
