Today was a great day with some great people! Blessed to be able to share the same passion with these two. My wife is set out to compete in her first show in just under six weeks and my buddy is out to get in the best shape possible till he’s ready for the stage. Incredibly proud of the discipline and hard work the two of you have showed over the last couple months; big things coming!!!

This journey I'm on to achieve greatness and make my dream come true has not only taught me alot about myself and showed me alot but it has built me to a higher elevation of gratitude for the opportunities that have come my way and continue to come; obstacles arise , people come and people go, some support you and some don't, some envy you and some try to be like you, but what separates me from all these wolves in sheep's clothing is that at the end of the day I'm still me I'm humble and more dedicated to what it is I'm trying to achieve than what most do on a daily basis. I never let anything come between me and what I've set out to achieve 16 years ago; I still have that same vision...I live, eat, breathe and sleep this life. I will make it to the top!!!

When you know your father has given you everything you need to conquer whatever it is that comes your way... today I looked up and realized I'm the exact man you wanted me to be and I will continue to show it through everything you taught me; my life will continue to shine through the blessings you provide me on the daily💯💪To the greatest hero that I've ever known... I love you more than you know🙏🙏❤️💯😇

I wake up everyday happy and thankful to be here, to be able to do all the things I love, to see my family,to help others,to make an impact on life itself, to see your sweet face every morning and to see it every night, I am truly happy and blessed right now. As long as I know I'm giving it my all and all of me to each and everyday I know my time here is being full filled with what I've been called to do. The only person I have to be worried about or compete with is the man in the mirror and I can promise you I make sure to be one step ahead of him each and everyday!! This journey has just begun and it's my story and I'll write the plot💪💯

So a good friend reminded me today that there's a difference between doing and trying; trying is giving yourself the option to fail and men like me don't fail we simply learn and keep going. I'm not out here trying I'm out here doing! I've learned to adapt to any situation thrown my way and I could just throw in the towel, but it's how we deal with the situation and how it builds up those around you that defines those actions💪💯⚔️ I'll fight till the death of me!!!

A lot of things really seem to be against me lately...today I woke up and for the first time in over a week I actually felt good about myself, I felt strong, I felt worthy, I felt like me; I was born a leader and that's what I'm going to continue to do...no this isn't an ego post, but a post to show pure dedication, resilience, and the will to never give up...there's a lot I wanted to accomplish before this year was over and I'll be damned if I let a ruptured tricep tendon keep me down...today was one of those days where you need to get uncomfortable in order to be comfortable, well we did just that!!!last workout till surgery monday💪💯⚔️
