Thank you to everyone who has taken time to interact with my page and take a guess of the amount of flour my cottage bakery uses in a week!

The winner is Kelly Bluth!!!!! At her guess of 100 lbs! It takes 120lbs (12 lb bags) for my one week of making 54 sourdough loaves, 144 brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies, and 36 cinnamon rolls in a week.

All together with the starter I need to have on hand to make all my products to the additional flour into the recipe. It’s no joke!

Fresh right out of the oven Moser's Farm Market and Barn with my NEW AND IMPROVED SLICED BREAD! Yes, I used my NEW slicer and I love it! It was definitely an investment for business but I think it’ll be worth it!

Is that a 142lbs commercial grade bread slicer? Yes …Yes it is.

My last slicer broke mid week (thanks to all my customers at Moser's Farm Market and Barn for being so understanding, you guys are simply the best!).
