Starting this Thursday I’ll be at Fox and Fable Thursday nights for a gentle flow yoga class! If you’d like to come this week, March 6th, 6-7pm, please message to sign up, as space is limited! Fee is $10-15 sliding scale. Look forward to seeing you!!

I know this isn’t in Prairie Grove but it’s close I’m teaching at Top Notch Athletics in Farmington two days a week. Monday and Friday mornings at 9am.

Slow Flow on Mondays and Gentle Flow on Fridays.

*If you’re interested in doing evening classes at Top Notch let me know. The owner is willing to add an evening yoga class or two if there’s interest!*

She charges $20 drop-in, $50 for 4 yoga classes or $65 for 12 yoga/adult dance classes.

I will still be doing my monthly classes at the library. This month it’ll be the 11th at 5pm at the Prairie Grove Public library.

This week we have Yin Yoga at 9am Tuesday morning the 25th and Power Flow Thursday the 27th at 6:30pm! Classes are held at Venue 479.
