-7-10pm Dessert + Entertainment at Thomas Sweet West Windsor with School of Rock Princeton!!! (Free coffee/tea or ice cream topping when you say JDRF!)

Not much to see here except the light, love and glow that filled this space, wall to wall, in support, for community and to raise awareness! 💙

This was our final event of the year, on the last day of November National Diabetes Awareness Month...a party like no other!

This yoga party raised over $900 which will bring us to a total of almost $30k for this year - our most successful fundraising year to date - for JDRF New Jersey Metro & Rockland Co. Chapter.

A year long effort with incredible community spirit and events thanks to YogaSoul, Empower Yoga, Zephyr Yoga, West Windsor Little League, WWP Wildcats Football & Cheer, West Windsor Police Department, India Hicks and so many amazing individuals who have donated $$, time, effort, ideas (Ladies Blackjack Night!) and space in their hearts and lives ...we are forever grateful. 💙

NJ is the first and only state to declare a special day to T1D. Today (and every Monday before Thanksgiving going forward) is “A Day in the Life: Type One Diabetes Awareness Day.”

Our local middle school, Thomas Grover, is celebrating by going blue! More photos to come.

So excited to announce the amazing success of our karma yoga class series and “Year of Yoga” calendar ....but even more so, incredibly grateful for the community who made it all happen. And all this on International Yoga Day! Together we make a difference.

Warrior Type One (WTO) was launched four years ago with the goal of engaging the local community and raising awareness for those living with .

This past year, the WTO project raised more than $7,000 thanks to a multi-studio Karma Yoga Class Series and sales of the “Year of Yoga” calendar. Those funds helped their team, The Warrior Type One Walkabouts, hit the phenomenal milestone of raising $150,000 raised during their 12 years of walking!

It’ll be a black and blue Friday!! Special annual donation class at YogaSoul is dedicated to the Warrior Type One project! All donations will go to JDRF. We have so much to be grateful for💙💙💙 (this class will fill up so book your spot!)
