Nixon Knots provides therapeutic massage to help relieve pain, tension, and stress. I graduated from the Cortiva Institute in Federal way in 2017.
I'm Sarah Nixon, I wanted to become a massage therapist because I fell in love with the benefits of massage and wanted to people relieve their pain and stress. I've continued my education with focus on the neck and upper body treatments. I worked in a PT clinic right after graduation and then moved on to working at a Chiropractic office for three years.
