A little booking update 💕✨

I’ve held off on implementing a cancellation fee for a long time because I completely understand that life happens. Kids get sick, emergencies come up, and sometimes plans simply have to change.

Unfortunately, I’ve had an increase in last-minute cancellations recently. As a small business owner, when a larger appointment is cancelled with very little notice, I’m often unable to refill that time — which means several hours of my workday and income are suddenly gone.

In order to protect my schedule and continue giving each of my clients the time and attention they deserve, I’ve made a small change to my booking policy.

Going forward, a card will be required on file when booking. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

This is never something I want to charge, and genuine emergencies will always be handled with compassion and on a case-by-case basis. The purpose of this policy is simply to protect the time I reserve specifically for you.

I truly appreciate every person who chooses to sit in my chair and support my little business. Thank you for respecting my time, my schedule, and my livelihood. 🤍
