five years! 🥹

five years ago, i packed up my rav4 & started the drive to start a new chapter. a california girl leaving all she knew to discover herself even more on an opposite coast!

when i look back at all these years, i can’t help but look up to the one who provided it all! the Lord knew & still knows what i need, i just had/have to be obedient to his word & his path.

the hardest years of truly trusting him with every ounce but the outcome i can say is 100 times better than i could of imagined.

i didn’t know the prayers i prayed in my room in san diego would be answered in north carolina. to new homes, new jobs, new friends that become family, to new ways of thinking, to a new self, i wouldn’t trade this move if it gave me the same thing all over again.

i learned a lot of lessons along the way & i won’t stop learning. that’s the beauty of things, we’re are constantly being water & bloomed.

so let’s see what the next five years holds, i’m ready God!

the last couple of weeks have been challenging but the main things that make me content is the simplest of things!

reflecting on what’s in front & what i have is all i can be grateful for.

rich in society’s eyes might mean wealth & property but to me it means family, creation & the creator!

i hope you reflect on what is rich to you! it helps with make the bad things seem minuscule.

the beauty of letting your natural sparkles grown in is that it doesn’t have to be harsh or prominent! it can be soft & subtle

not going to lie that this month was easy mentally but happy for small moments that i was able to see the beauty in things.

we had a full day of color, a keratin, a new set of 18” that match her texture & a custom haircut to make sure that it’s her hair walking out the door!

getting to create this confidence for my client is exactly the reason why i love doing this job!
