Birthday month has me reflecting...

People often ask, "What's your passion?" But lately, I've been asking myself a different question:

"Am I living in my purpose?"

Passion is what excites you.
Purpose is what grounds you.

Passion comes and goes with seasons.
Purpose remains, even when life gets hard.

Today, my self-care looked like sitting in my car... no music, no phone calls, no rushing to the next thing. Just me. Breathing. Reflecting. Giving myself permission to pause.

Can we normalize these moments?

Not every act of self-care has to be a vacation, a spa day, or a picture-perfect experience. Sometimes healing looks like reclaiming 15 quiet minutes before stepping back into the world.

As I prepare to celebrate another year around the sun, I'm choosing purpose over pressure, peace over performance, and presence over perfection.
