Hi everyone, I hope you’re all saying healthy and finding the joy in all of this crazy. I wanted to reiterate some of the rules for your appointments.
-When you arrive for your appointment please TEXT me at 919-675-7720 and inform me that you’ve arrived. I’ll let you know when I am ready for you. Behind the scenes there is a lot of sanitizing and cleaning happening.
-MASK ON when you walk in the door, it needs to remain over your nose the entirety of your appointment.
-Wash hands in either the bathroom or kitchen sink upon arrival, and then I will show you the chair you’re sitting in for your appointment.

Some of the rules we are following... we are still not blow drying hair. Trust me, I prefer seeing the color results and cutting results but we just can’t afford to get sick and shut down for 2 weeks. We are following the guidelines for keeping everyone safe, ourselves included. STAY HOME if you even have a tickle in your throat, I promise I will bend over backwards to make sure you’ll get in ASAP once you’re all clear health wise. Please don’t risk it.
If you’re scheduled for a haircut and don’t want to leave wet, (aside from curly clients) come with styled straight clean hair, I can dry cut it then curl it! I can still use a hot tool, just not the blower.

This is the email that went out tonight! Figured I would share here too!!!!

Hi everyone! It's official, we're back in action, but with stipulations. I am going to lay everything out here so please keep this email handy for booking and coming in.
First and foremost, thank you so much, you have all been so supportive in so many ways and I can never thank you guys enough.
Scheduling: I am going to keep my scheduler open for you to book yourself, however I do have some appointments that are 15 min appointments and it may not work to fit someone in. I will message you and move you to a more conducive time for us both. We have a lot of mandated rules that I absolutely have to abide by. I will itemize them down below... PLEASE DO NOT BOOK yourself on the schedule before the date of June 1st. I will not be able to accommodate it seeing as I have to have sanitation down time. I am working extra hours and playing catch up, but I may have time slots you wouldn't see, just text me or email me. 919-675-7720
NEW RULES:
I am allowed to work on 2 clients MAX that means unless you and your family member are the two being serviced, you have to come alone. There is no waiting room, that means kids can't come. If you are bringing a child for a cut, please let me know so we can plan and navigate that together. My honest recommendation is to hold off for a few weeks while we see what the numbers end up doing. Hopefully we will have good news and more freedoms.
Waiving fees- If you suspect you're sick, even a tiny intsy weensy incling that you have a tickle, sniffle, fever STAY HOME. I am waiving any penalties for same day cancellations, I come in contact with my 2 year old son every day and I need to keep him healthy. Please stay home. We will have a temp gun I believe and will confirm everyones temps before starting your appointment.
Blowouts unfortunately for now are not being offered. A deep conditioning hair masque is going to be substituted for the blowout so that it is comparable price wise and you get bang for your buck. As soon as we can do the blowouts I will send out an email.
I am spending a lot more in cleaning supplies, masks, protective gear, capes, aprons and all of these extra needs to make sure I can provide a healthy and safe atmosphere, I am not offering any discounts on services, prices are the same as they've been and are clearly marked online. Other salons are increasing prices, I will not be doing that, it isn't me to do that to anyone.

These are the steps needed when you come for your appointment
Text when you arrive, I will respond the second I am ready for you to come up.
Please wear your mask, and upon entering, please go straight to the bathroom and wash your hands, face, arms, just kidding hands will be fine.
I will direct you to which chair will be available to you, that will be your space 100% of the appointment time. The salon has been rearranged so that it complies with the spacial requirements.
Please avoid touching your face but I will have hand sanitizer on hand to make sure we are all germ free!
I can accept paypal, venmo, cashapp and zelle for a contact free transaction but I will sanitize my phone between uses so I can absolutely take a credit card and or cash. Until further notice, we will not be using hot tools (blower, hair dryer) but I promise I will make it up to you but doing a really high end deep conditioning masque that I just ordered.
If you do not have a mask I have them available for sale $2 a piece if needed, but it is mandatory. For now please keep majoy hair transformations on hold seeing as the timing is a little unpredictable, we can book that out for a later date.

Again thank you all for sticking with me, being kind and patient, and the support. I have genuinely missed every one of your faces and heads of hair hahah.
