A lot of people have that “ROCK” and support but not everyone. Those people who don’t have their parent, guardian, or family member in general either end up dead or locked up etc. But for those very few that have non of that, find their in internal “ROCK” while on their path and journey in life endearing trails and tribulations. End up supply themselves with support and drive and motivation to succeed at life in general with purpose. With respect, courage, love, faith, strong mindset and self motivation. BIG TRANSFORMATION‼️ Alright everyone this is my client Rebecca IG We have been on this amazing journey together just hitting 1 year on June 10th. All her hard work, sweat and literally tears is worth it. She started at 345 and is now down to 205. You see all these trainers put up there clients “two weeks” or “one month” transformations but very few can say that their clients have been this consistent and have dropped 140 pounds and still going. SHES NOT STOPPING HERE! Rebecca’s main goal is to hit 160 and best believe WE ARE GONNA GET IT‼️ Words can’t explain how proud of this women I am. Stay tuned I will be putting up a video with a one on one video with her to explain her experience and what it truly takes. 🙏🏻💪🏼
