Just 2 years ago, having 40 chocolate bars on hand was a lot .Today, I like to have 160 in stock.

As you can see this week, my stock has been depleted gratefully.

I used to carry two bags to transport and cool all those chocolate bars, but now I’m down to one backpack.

I switched to new containers that hold 17 to 18 bars each and made my own cooling 1 to maximize the space, so 1w I can fit up to 160 bars instead of just 64.

I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who’s tried and enjoyed my chocolates. Everyone who has shared and told a friend or family member.

I usually start around 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. because I’ve been waking up then for as long as I can remember, back when my subconscious would sort out everything from the day before. Lately, though, it’s mostly been all about chocolate.

The detail that goes into every bar is therapeutic for me; it actually reminds me of designing circuit boards back in the day. It’s funny how boards used to remind me of candy, and now it’s the other way around.
