Heidi Cosmetic Tattooing

Hi I’m Heidi! I’m a certified and insured Permanent Makeup Artist working in Red Bank, New Jersey. I’ve always had a passion for makeup (eyebrows especially) and tattoos, so being able to combine the two was something I knew I would love. I offer Powder/Ombré Eyebrows and Lip Blushing services currently. I love being able to enhance people’s natural beauty and give them something they love that won’t wash off in the shower.
