Ciao amici! I’ve just posted some new classes on my website! I’m super excited about them! Just a note..because I’m terrible at websites and computer stuff.. the classes are not in order! I don’t know how the heck to fix that! But.. the dates are correct!!! The menus are correct!!! Ciao amici! I’m teaching myself to crochet.. I find it quite relaxing. And I apparently have a couple of helpers. I’m also working on a line of dried pasta ( no helpers allowed in my pasta room!). Stay tuned for the details! My upcoming February ( can you believe it?? Almost the second month of the new year!) cooking class posted and ready for you to register! It’s set for February 13.. the day before Valentine’s Day! It would be a perfect date night (a special menu!). Of course I always have a few surprises in my classes! I’d love to see you there! Ciao amici! Just a few photos ! I received a beautiful photo from a student who attended my cannoli class in December! She made some amazing cannoli for her family during the Christmas holiday! I absolutely love it when I get to see my students share what they’ve learned in my classes! Citrus season is in full swing in Northern California! I used locally grown blood oranges and navel oranges ( from my daughter’s orange tree!) to feature a Sicilian fennel and orange salad in my Friday night class! I have to say that this is one of my favorites! And the spring semester shasta college community education mailing went out!! I’ll be teaching a couple of classes for the college! I’m very excited about this opportunity! Saturday was awesome too! Dinner with the besties! We love Mexican food! A perfect start to the New Year!

Ciao amici! Just a recap from Sunday. This is what we did during the wicked stahm ( this is storm in my Boston accent)… thundah and lightning I swear right ovah my house… 😳! It’s now Monday and still bad weathah. Gigi doesn’t mind it.. but Little Gino and Isabella not so much! Oh.. and don’t forget you still have a couple of days left to reserve your spot in my Friday night cooking class! Take a little trip to the Amalfi Coast with me and enjoy some amazing authentic Italian cuisine! Space is very limited! Ciao amici! I had an awesome dinner tonight and went to see the Garden of Lights at the Sundial Bridge! It was raining but that didn’t dampen the excitement! If you get a chance to walk through this beautiful light display… take it in! Thank you to for the tickets!

Thank you Jenn! On the home front, I have zero idea what the cats are staring at! And Gigi is waiting patiently for me to get ready for errands! She loves the Saturday errand drive! Ciao amici! Here’s a cute photo of the Big G… just to get your attention! I would love some opinions please! I’ve had many inquiries about private cooking classes for two this holiday season. I’m wanting to accommodate my students. Normally I offer private classes with a minimum of 6 students. I’m wanting to possibly offer a different packages designed for two. What’s the consensus? I really value your feedback.. you are all very important to me! Let me know your thoughts please! Grazie!
