Sunday check-in.
This was a big week on the podcast. Amy Kemp. Mark McFatridge. Two conversations that are going to stay with me for a while.
I want to ask you something simple:
What is the one thing you are going to do differently this week based on something you heard or read?
It does not have to be big. One small change. One thought habit interrupted. One story rewritten.
Tell me in the comments. I read every single one.

Friday reflection.
Amy Kemp said something in our conversation this week that I have not stopped thinking about.
She had a potential client who said he would get back to her. He did not. For days.
She started to spiral. Questioning herself. Questioning her read of the situation.
Turns out the email was sitting in his drafts.
Amy says: "If you're going to tell yourself a story, you might as well tell yourself a good one."
This applies to so much more than waiting for emails.
The story we tell about a missed sale. The story we tell about a team member who goes quiet. The story we tell about our own potential.
Both stories are equally likely.
One costs you your confidence.
Choose wisely.

Thursday drop is LIVE.
Mark McFatridge on the podcast today, and I want to tell you a quick story from our conversation.
Mark went to a contact to pitch him on referring clients to Quaid, his CEO peer group.
He was mid-pitch.
The contact looked at him and said: "Can I join?"
That is relationship capital in action.
You never know which conversation is the one.
Mark's episode covers peer learning, why CEOs are lonely at the top, and the three types of relationships every leader needs to build.
Listening to this today. You should too.

Your mind can create your future…
or trap you in fear. 💭
Amy Kemp explains how we constantly swing between fantasy and catastrophe thinking.
One side keeps us dreaming without action.
The other keeps us stuck in fear of failure.
Real growth happens in the middle:
taking the small, consistent “millimeter steps” that actually create results.
✨ Vision without action is fantasy.
⚡ Fear without perspective is catastrophe.

Wednesday wisdom, and this one hit me differently this week.
After talking with Amy Kemp on the podcast, I keep coming back to one question:
What story am I telling myself right now that is not actually true?
We all do it. A client does not respond and we build an entire case for why we said something wrong. A program does not sell out completely and we start questioning whether our work still matters.
Amy had an offering that sold out every year she ran it. Last year, two spots went unfilled. Two. She started catastrophizing. Questioning everything.
The offering ran beautifully. The next year sold out in under 24 hours.
All that story-building. None of it was real.
Amy's reminder: "If you're going to tell yourself a story, you might as well tell yourself a good one."
What is the story you need to stop telling yourself this week?
Tell me in the comments.

Today is the day.
Amy Kemp is on the Unstoppable Success Podcast and this conversation is one I have been wanting to have for a long time.
Here is why it matters:
At some point in every leader's journey, you hit a ceiling. You cannot work more hours. You do not have more energy. And pushing harder is not the answer anymore.
Amy says it better than anyone: "You can't outwork your thought habits."
The work now is internal. And this episode will show you exactly how to start.
Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Still reflecting on this amazing conversation with Angeline Constantinou 🎙️✨
Getting the opportunity to share my story, the lessons I have learned, and the moments that shaped me was such a meaningful experience.
We talked about growth, resilience, leadership, and what it really takes to keep moving forward even when life gets challenging.
Sometimes you do not realize how far you have come until you finally pause and talk about the journey.
Here is a short clip from the episode — and I would truly love to hear what part resonates with you most.
Wishing you all a beautiful Sunday filled with peace, gratitude, and inspiration 💛
