After several failed attempts at a sourdough starter I started to think I’d never make a loaf.
Now here I am… about 10 loaves in!! And a million more to go!

I am so glad and so proud of myself for notogiving up after the first failed attempts.
YOU can NEVER give up something you dream to achieve or accomplish. You know how many times Thomas Edison failed before the light bulb was created…. HUNDREDS!!

You HAVE to keep pushing forward, keep striving, keep staying dedicated to yourself.
You will eventually get there. Do not give up.

Taste really good and not sour at all. Nice and sweet with the crunch of walnuts.
