We stand behind our responsibility to our local community by using products we can source locally in our products. Soap Making Process

We take deep pride in the quality of our products. For our soap, we chose to use the "Cold Process" method for our bars with no extra heat being applied in the process. That doesn't mean that things don't heat up during the process though!. This process includes mixing Lye with water, toss in our natural oils and butters. The combination of the lye with the other ingredients creates its own heat! A chemical reaction between ingredients takes place and causes the oils to "saponify" or harden over time. The Cold Process method of soap-making isn't the quickest, it takes about 4-6 weeks for the soap to harden and completely cure, but it creates the best product in the end. The bars are hand poured and hand in Richmond, Kentucky. One of the biggest benefits to our soap-making process as compared to other conventional soap/body wash is that it is actually a true soap and NOT a detergent. Our soap is better for your skin! Top to bottom, start to finish, our soap and other products have been formulated and carefully hand-crafted with safety, simplicity, and sustainability in mind. The Team
