No, removing eyelash extensions should never hurt! I highly recommend visiting a professional lash tech to get them removed. They will know how long to leave the remover on and how to safely apply & remove it. 😊

Most lash techs remove eyelash extensions with a gel/cream remover. We gently apply the product to the lashes and let it sit for about 6-10 minutes. As the lash remover has done it’s job, taking off the extensions will only require a simple sliding motion using a swab.
(𝗜𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘄𝗮𝗯 𝗜 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀)

About 10-15 minutes, all the lash extensions should be safely removed. The lash tech will then perform a deep cleanse to make sure the excess or remaining lash remover is completely off 🧼

It’s totally safe to wear eye contacts with lash extensions, just not during your lash appointment.

I always recommend my clients to remove their contacts before their appointments to reduce dryness in their eyes. 🤍 during your lash app you’ll be required to keep your eyes closed.

You can safely put your contacts back in after your appointment is completed. Most clients have no issues or discomfort when wearing contact with lash extensions 🥰

A full set takes an average of 2-3 hours to complete. It’s impossible to get a full set done in a hour because your lash tech not only needs to isolate every single lash but may have to create handmade fans as well.

The average person has somewhere between 𝟵𝟬-𝟭𝟱𝟬 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘆𝗲 and if your getting a full set completed within a hour then your lash tech may not be lashing at least 90-100% of your natural lashes🫣

If your lash tech is giving you a full set in a hour or less you need a new lash tech!

Mega volume lashes are often used to create a dramatic lash look. It’s usually fuller/darker and longer.

Mega volume lashes are similar to the traditional volume lashes. However, the difference is how many lash extensions are being used to create the fan and the diameter of the extensions. Volume lashes uses up to 5/6 lash extensions. Whereas, mega volume can use up to 15 lash extensions to create its fans.

In most cases, we have 3 lash layers: top, middle & bottom (displayed in the image) Lash artists are able to change the look of your sets by lashing the layers accordingly. Focusing on each layer & lash not only makes our sets custom, but also seamless⭐️

Lash techs use different lengths, different diameters, and different fan widths will determine the look of the finished eyelashes. Also, this is why it takes an average lash artist about 2/3 hours to complete a lash set 🤩
