Today marks ONE YEAR of Sauna Plunge RVA rolling into backyards, riverbanks, and events across Richmond—and what a ride it’s been.

Shoutout #1: RVA’s small business community. From owners who hired me, to those who coached me, to folks who just straight-up cheered me on—it’s been humbling. Y’all made it clear this city wants to see each other win.

Shoutout #2: Anyone who’s ever had an idea and actually put it out into the world. Doesn’t matter if it’s huge or modest—it takes guts, moxy, and a whole lot of hustle to turn “what if” into reality. Respect.

Just finished setting up the sauna + plunges outside the groom’s Airbnb tonight so it’s all ready for the morning 🙌 Honestly, this might be my favorite wedding-day kickoff for 3 reasons:

1️⃣ Sweat out the rehearsal dinner cocktails.
2️⃣ While the girls are getting their makeup done, the guys can do more than watch ESPN highlights—get in, sweat, plunge, bond.
