So.. My Wifey and I have started up an new anodizing line and are exited to bring you our work. You nailed it! Seriously. Love it. Hey!..

Here is where the marketing side of me takes control... It's not what we say, it's what others say for us! From an individual who hasn't received his parts back yet (I wont post a name till he does receive the parts and does his grand reveal!)
"HOLY... CRAP... OLA.. You guys took the words in these PMs and made it happen. I'm very pleased with what I'm seeing!"

This looks stunning! I approve!"

This doesn’t matter other than my ego. Something that has been bothering me for months… A notable figure in the paintball world suggested that we ruined 1-2 Inception Designs Axe bodies at some point. I am 100% sure we never anodized any Inception bodies during the time we were in business. I checked through our entire Google doc request sheet and our pic folders. I had nothing...

I recall the few complaints we had. Most were justified and all were remedied to the customers satisfaction to the best of our knowledge.
1) A CCM part color match black (not justified)- this was one of our first paying customers. I ano’d his complete gun to make it all match “in the sun”.
2) A incredibly large Automag run color inconsistencies (justified) - I don’t recall the remedy, but I made promises I couldn’t deliver on.
3) Gold LV1 (justified)- there were some spots on the barrel. I re-ano’d the barrel again, got a good color match, but the same spots were there after polishing and dusting again. I suspected something in the metal, but those spots weren’t there in the original Ano…
4) Lotus Cocker (justified, but out of my control) this had a Cerakote finish when it arrived. I couldn’t remove it. It had to be sent out to be media blasted. When we ano’d it, streaks appeared in the finish. This was from the bead blasting using too much pressure and “burned” the aluminum. Customer understood the issue.
Edit** 5) My most egregious.. (severely justified). The owner was so understanding and cool about it.. I stripped the Ano match reference part.

Does anyone know about these Inception bodies?

New project all. Thank you once again Cameron Gunlock. You were our first and all over absolute best customer!

Fantastic news! The Autococker Parts ID page is now under new ownership, but not new management. Cameron Gunlock of Atomic Fabrications started this page a number of years ago. The past couple years he has slowed down on this page and had given the reigns to Drew Lewis (Monkey Butt Customs and Not Lame Games). Cameron today has given ownership of the site to a very thankful Drew and his boys. We will have some new features and content coming in the future that we think you all will like. Thank you all, and mostly to Cameron for helping the Autococker Community!

We at Monkey Butt Customs are selling our anodizing rig (markers are not for sale). What we have will be most everything you need to get started in anodizing. Everything worked well the last time we used it which was 3 years ago. Includes(please excuse the dark pics):
Rectifier
18 gallon lead lined tank
Tank agitation
Blast cabinet for dust finishes
Polishing wheel with buffs and polish
Cleaning equipment and more

Not included but things that you will need
Dyes
Ano bath acid
Other assorted chemicals
Heaters (1 is included but I don’t think it will last long)

We can let you know where we found the cheapest and most effective materials.
We will also offer beginner instructions, finishing tips, business practice tips and for what I don’t know.. the sources of where you can find all the info. Please understand I never got into the science behind it all. Like the Rocket Man I just work here 6 days a week. This was more art for me than a calculation based science project. That being said I think the results speak for themselves.

For those that are interested, I encourage you to look at the caswell forum as well as look at a few anodizing videos on YouTube. This will answer many questions and will raise others. I don’t mean to sound crass or uncaring, but please do a little research first before contacting me.

I’m looking for $400. Pickup in Nashville TN.

Greetings all. We have not made an official announcement, but I feel as though the message is clear that Monkey Butt Customs has shut down. We are keeping this page open because we are extremely proud of the work we did.

We have a few other projects however the most relevant here would be our EBay store Not Lame Games This is my twin boys and my EBay store. They do the gaming and I do the paintball and randomness. We hope that you will check out our listings from time to time. If you make an offer and put Monkey Butt Customs in the comments we will give you a special deal!

Thanks again all! If you ever see some of our work for sale please let me know! I may end up,buying it. My name is Drew Lewis or Craptacular001

Hello all! I am now posting from our lovely new home in Nashville Tn! It has been a long road for us. It took quite a while to fix up our old house to sell (4 months) but not long to actually sell (just one week). We have moved in and are getting settled with the new job and life in a new state.

I want to thank you all for your well wishes and support through this whole process. At this time unfortunately we will still not be able to take on any ano work. The house we did buy had most everything we wanted and was move-in-ready as I promised my wife, but it doesn't have any space to do any polishing which is an issue for ano..

Honestly though for the time being, we are getting used to the new area and want to spend the time with our kids. We will be back in operation as we figure everything out and determine the space to operate. I anticipate coming back in some capacity in mid 2016, but that will be determined by a number of factors.

In the meantime if we have done any work for you, please do share any pictures from your completed projects. I would love to see them part of the whole instead of parts in a box!

While we may not be doing ano work, please do look for new offerings from us down the line. We just can't sit around! Too many things to do!

So fellas you may have seen the posts that we will be moving to Nashville. We finished up operations this weekend. I still do need to personally let everyone know on our work list, but I have been feverishly working on clearing the decks this week to work on our house.

I wanted to hold this one off till it was totally complete.... But.... I can't hold it in... I'm too excited to show you my karni!

*** Note from Feb 2015***
So this day came sooner than we expected...

My day job is moving to Nashville from Richmond. We expected this to happen in 6-8 months, but it looks like it will happen much sooner. In preparation we will need to do ALOT of home renovation. Speaking with the contractor we will be starting with the basement of our home which means..... I will have to shut down operations of Monkey Butt Customs till we settle in nashville. I am looking for a house with a workshop! Jody wants a big kitchen, I want a (heated) workshop!

Unfortunately this means that I will have to wrap up everything this weekend. We have some deadlines to meet with the moving package that we will need to move. Unless something happens on Thursday during a company meeting that is well outside of expectations we will need to close our doors for the time being. For all those who were on our waiting list, I am very very sorry we couldn't get to you. I would look to Arc ano, he has been offering some aggressive pricing and you know he does good work.... oh to be a college kid again and not have crazy expenses....

We are keeping all the equipment to start up again, we just will need to purchase all the "liquids". Speaking of... if you are willing to make it to the 804 in the next week and will bring all your own containers we have something in the neighborhood of 25 different colors that will be literally going down the drain. Thats about $350 worth of colors that we will re-buy as needed when we get to the new residence.. all yours for free.. let me know!

So I have a couple projects in house right now, those will all be done before I dismantle. (don't worry guys) I will also have my own karni done this weekend.. but before we leave, here is my Works that I did two weekends ago in the reply

What do you guys think about this? It's my personal ego. It came out a bit darker than I intended, but it's growing on me.
