Today they lost a customer in me. Full house of barbers. 3-4 customers waiting. All booths with barbers and with a customers. 1 hour wait because all the barbers are taking only appointments. No contingency plan to cover walk-ins. I never make appts. I truly loved this place. I live in Inglewood, work in Pomona, pick up my daughter for the weekends a block away. Too bad they became too popular and too good for walk ins.
