These were brought on by all the additives and GMO’s in foods today that I had been consuming over the last so many years. My first known food allergy was to wheat and gluten, so of course I turned to a high corn diet. At first I was feeling better from removing the wheat and gluten, but then within less than a year I started feeling bad again. I went back into the doctors for further allergy testing and found out that I had developed a corn allergy due to abundance of corn in my wheat and gluten free diet. It took me a long time to learn which foods do not contain corn, because corn is in everything!!! From then on I have learned more and more about what I am allergic to and have had to develop a way of cooking and eating that does not include processed foods, which is pretty much anything that contains 4 or more ingredients and can last in my fridge or cabinets for more than a few days! This page is here to help people feed themselves and their families in a healthy fun way! Please feel free to ask me anything regarding the way I was feeling, my symptoms, and what I do to clean my body out when I eat something that does not agree with me!

Cook spaghetti squash in microwave for 5 minutes... Pierce with a sharp knife and cook another 10 to 15 or until completely soft and easy to pierce.
On stovetop...cook peppers & zucchini & Onions (diced) add tomato sauce & seasoning add turkey meat... cooking until the sauce and vegetables thicken up.. Place cook spaghetti squash in a bowl. Top with sauce and parmesan. This will feel like you're cheating when you're not .. Enjoy!
