One year ago today… 🥹✨

I was standing in front of this tiny house at the Glamping Expo, dreaming about what could be. I had a vision, a whole lot of hope, and honestly… no idea just how much could change in one year.💜
Mountain Serenity Massage & Healing is no longer just a dream in my head. It’s my little sanctuary, my business, my career, and something I’m incredibly proud of. I’ve learned, grown, stepped way outside my comfort zone, and met some pretty amazing people along the way.
Funny how one little idea can completely change the direction of your life.

One year later… and we’re just getting started. 🏔️✨

😂 Is there a massage for when your last nerve packed its bags and left?

Because some days it’s not just the shoulders.
It’s the job. The spouse. The kids. The bills. The laundry. The people. ALL THE PEOPLE. 😂

Good news: I may not be able to fix your life… but I can give you 60–90 minutes where you don’t have to deal with any of it. 💆‍♀️✨

Happy Hump Day! 🐪😂

We’re halfway to the weekend, folks!

Friendly reminder from your massage therapist:
Unclench your jaw.
Drop those shoulders.
Take a deep breath.
And for the love of your lower back… stop sitting like a shrimp. 🦐😂

Your body will thank you. 🤍

Happy Wednesday from Mountain Serenity Massage! ✨

Spotted this morning at Mountain Serenity Massage: our elusive (and very stylish) pheasant 🐦✨
He strutted by like he owned the place, gave us a quick “you may admire me now” moment, and disappeared back into the grass like a total pro.
We’ll keep an eye out for his next appearance… but clearly, he’s on his own schedule 😄🌿
