October is breast cancer awareness and my mother's birthday month. Today is her birthday and she was a survivor. The cancer was detected on her very first mammogram. We were fortunate to have caught it early. She made a full recovery and remained in remission until her passing this year in May. I can not stress enough to get your screening done. Often there are no symptoms. My mom did not have any. I am so grateful to Dr. Ross Johnson for insisting my mom have frequent screenings.
Some battles are harder than others. Some battles are shorter than others. I walked with my mom through her fight and I wanted to give back in her honor. To every woman who has walked this path and to all the women who will face this diagnosis in the future, please know that I honor you and salute your courage, your faith, your strength and your resilience. I will always fight for you and fight with you. By His stripes you ARE healed.

Custom facial for a new client. Her first time getting a facial. Her concerns were a little texture and minor breakouts (whiteheads).
