Join DOPE Hike Series + Mobility with Meghan for a special Walk & Release experience focused on creating space — physically, mentally, and emotionally — to release what’s no longer meant for us. As we close one season and welcome the next, this event is designed to be intentional about letting go of what’s done in the last season and receive what’s for us in the next.

We’ll start with a peaceful nature walk through Fishburn Park, giving ourselves time to slow down, breathe, reflect, and connect with nature. Then, we’ll transition into a 20-minute mobility session led by Meghan, designed to help us physically embody the practice of releasing and letting go.
