Strength training is one of the most powerful tools seniors have to protect their independence and quality of life. As we age, we naturally lose muscle, balance, and bone density, but regular strength-based movement helps slow and even reverse that process. Being strong means being able to get up from a chair, carry groceries, prevent falls, and continue doing the things you love without relying on others. Exercise isn’t about looking younger—it’s about living stronger, safer, and more confidently at every stage of life. I’m so excited to be offering personalized fitness training now in my garage gym.
Training is truly my passion and I love helping people crush their fitness goals.
I am ISSA, Silver Sneaker & CPR certified. My background is in neuromuscular massage therapy. I am currently a Wellness Coordinator and teach multiple fitness classes daily to help people get stronger every day.
