I wasn’t “fat”, I was INFLAMED! The ONLY thing I’ve changed between these 2 photos is that I’m now gluten free.
I had a very long (5 years to be exact), very frustrating (many, many doctor visits, all labs and imaging coming back “normal”), very uncomfortable digestive journey to get to this point. But I am so glad to not be in pain every time I eat!!
