As a registered nurse, a mother to 4 small children and an entrepreneur, I know first hand about all the things women are doing around the clock to keep their families (and themselves!) up and running. We are doing it all for everyone else all day everyday - and seldom set aside the time we need for ourselves. I totally get it. It is exhausting!

I started this journey because I was tired of being tired. I was in a self-care rut, doing the same things day after day because ... finding more was just WORK! And I didn’t have the time or interest in looking for more. I was dead last on my own list.

Last summer, I had the personal revelation that making myself a priority didn’t mean I didn’t love my children or my husband. Taking time for myself didn’t have to mean taking time away from my family. Prioritizing myself would actually make me a BETTER mother, friend and wife. Self care doesn’t have to be complicated. I was ready for change.

I wanted to get my groove back (you know, like Stella!) - and that journey has brought me here. To you.
