Appointment Updates and New Scheduling Options...

I am reaching out to share a few important updates to our appointment policies, along with some new options designed to make scheduling easier and more convenient for you.

Summer Scheduling Update:
As we head into the summer months, appointment availability are limited and times tend to fill quickly. Please plan ahead to secure your preferred time.

Updated Cancellation Policy:
I understand that life can get busy and plans may change. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will incur a $75 fee. If you are able to reschedule and complete your next appointment within 7 days, that fee will be credited toward your treatment. This policy allows me the chance to offer this time to another client.

New Waitlist Option:
If you are unable to find a time that works for you, I now offer a waitlist. Simply let me know your availability, and I will reach out if an opening becomes available that fits your schedule. This Waitlist option is available when booking an appointment. If I can make it work, you know I will.

Consultation Options:
I am pleased to now offer complimentary virtual consultations, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your home to discuss treatments, ask questions, and plan your next steps.
For those who prefer to meet in person, consultations will now have a $75 fee, which will be applied toward your treatment should you choose to move forward.

These updates are designed to improve availability, reduce wait times, and give you more flexibility. I remain committed to providing the highest level of care while being mindful of costs. These changes help me operate more efficiently and allow me to avoid increasing treatment fees whenever possible.
