As a doula, I support families through some of life’s biggest moments. As my family just experienced our third pregnancy loss in just over a year, this season has reminded me what it feels like to be the one needing support, too.

The texts. The meals. The flowers. The check-ins. They mattered more than words can say.

A loved one recently told me, “There is no time limit on grief.” That couldn’t be more true. If someone you love is experiencing pregnancy loss, keep checking in. Even if they don’t respond, I promise they appreciate knowing they’re not alone.

Join us on Thursday, June 25 from 3:30–4:30 PM for a special visit from the Sheriff’s Department!

Kids will have the opportunity to:
🚓 Explore a real sheriff’s cruiser

Every week I’m amazed by the number of moms who show up to walk, connect, and support one another. Thank you to the new moms who take the leap and join us, and to the moms who come back week after week you are what makes this community so special.

The friendships, encouragement, and connections being built on these walks are a beautiful reminder that motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

A few days late because doula life, wife life, and mom life have been a little wild lately 🤍

But we still wanted to say Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms out there, no matter what motherhood looks like for you. Whether you’re raising babies, loving children in your heart, supporting others, stepping into motherhood for the first time, or doing the hard work day in and day out… you matter.

We hope you were celebrated in whatever way makes you feel most loved, appreciated, and cared for.

Keep doing what you do best, loving fiercely, showing up endlessly, and making the world softer and stronger all at once 💐

Last night I had the honor of supporting a mom as she welcomed her sweet baby girl into the world, and with that, I reached my 20th birth 🤍

11 girls and 9 boys!

Just 13 months ago, I attended my very first birth. Since then, I’ve learned more than I ever imagined and witnessed the most incredible strength, love, and support in so many different forms.

Every birth leaves a mark on my heart, and I’m so grateful to be trusted in such sacred moments. Here’s to all the families who’ve let me be part of their journey 💫
