We wanted to share an update with those of you who follow our journey and support this business we love so much. Over the past couple of months, our family has been making some big shifts behind the scenes. I stepped away from my full‑time job to pour more of my time and energy into Hallowed Homestead, as well as into our home and children. While it’s a big change, it has been a huge blessing, not only for our family, but also for the growth and direction of Hallowed Homestead.

Because of this, and because we know the economy has made everyday spending feel heavier, we’ve decided to lower prices on several of our tallow products. This isn’t a sale or a temporary promotion. It’s a long‑term adjustment that reflects where we are now as a growing, more efficient small business.

This has felt especially important to me as a mother. There have been so many moments lately when we’ve recognized a need in our home to shift toward a safer, less‑toxic alternative, only to be met with a drastic jump in cost. I never want anyone to feel that way about our skincare. We understand the gift God has given us in this business, and we want to steward it well. While Hallowed Homestead is part of our livelihood, it’s not just about profit, but also about faithfully returning to a way of living that is pure, simple, and aligned with God’s design.

Our commitment remains the same: handcrafted, small‑batch tallow skincare made from the suet of our own cattle here on our fourth‑generation farm. Nothing about the quality or process is changing. We simply want our pricing to reflect the season we’re stepping into and make it easier for you to keep choosing products you believe in and trust.

I also love that in those three years nothing in our process or ingredient list has changed. We are still producing a simple but incredible product we love and believe in with the same values and hopes we started with.
