2026 is going to be a jam packed year full of fun, family and adventure. With all of that excitement, it’s even more important to prioritize your mental and physical health. But with so much to do and so little time, how can you best set yourself up for success?
As I’ve been learning, reading, researching and growing Mended Minds, I’ve discovered three pillars that truly keep me anchored: Mind, Heart and Home. These three pillars are the foundation of Mended Living.
Mended Living is about healing slowly and intentionally: caring for the mind, body and spirit without hustle, pressure or perfection.
For a long time, I felt pressure to “fix” myself — to think better, do better, move faster.
Mended Living was born from learning that healing doesn’t come from hustle. It comes from grace.
This isn’t a challenge to do more — it’s an invitation to live more intentionally, rooted in faith and grace.
Each month, I’ll be sharing a simple focus paired with a gentle guide — something to ground us in the season we’re in, not rush us through it.
