Born out of the desire to achieve The Balance in my own life, I introduce a concept that serves the community through massage/bodywork, wellness, education and events. The mind body connection is fundamental to your health and wellbeing. Working as a therapist in Neurology for 8 years under an extremely innovative Doctor, massaging thousands of patients, I understand the undeniable value in medicinal and holistic approaches.
