CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Ron began training with me at Bolt Training several months ago. Since he began his twice per week sessions, his daughters have noticed an increase in the muscle mass in his shoulders. CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Meet Sid! Sid is 78 and his goals are to improve his mobility, balance, and strength. He suffered from a fractured lumbar vertebrae, and as a result, he lost a great deal of his equilibrium and strength.
I designed a program for Sid, which requires him to train one on one with me, two times per week, for one hour each. We work on balance, strength, and improving his function for daily activities.
Sid’s blood pressure is down significantly since training with me for the last two months. He is walking more and more without the assistance of his cane! What huge WINS.
Let’s give a huge shout out and congratulations to Sid!

This is 5️⃣3️⃣, perimenopause and all❤️🔥💪🏼!! Come train with me. I know how to not only get through it, but to plow over it! It’s not fun, but it’s possible. Starting next week, I will have a Monday Wednesday and Friday 9 AM slot open- first come/first serve!

Blessed. Blessed to do what I love. Blessed that God showed me my purpose. Blessed that I walked through the door he opened, even though it was scary to start my own business. I want to give a shout out to Jessica. She is one of the first clients that hired me when I moved to Forney, and she has stuck with me. I have had the joy of watching her grow stronger, but I have also built a friendship and a sisterhood in Christ with her. It’s not goodbye, but it’s I’ll see you soon! Love you, sister! 🥹😢💪🏽🙏🏼❤️ By the way, I’m crying. Every day, thank you, GOD.
